Williams Brothers DW 400 Series Drywall Access Door
This drywall access door for wall and ceiling installation is a quality flush panel door with a tape-in drywall bead flange, eliminating visual distraction created by projecting, surface-mounted units. These doors come ready to paint with a grey baked enamel primer coating. This door offers a full length piano hinge on 6 x 6 and 8 x 8 and doors 24 x 36 and larger. A concealed hinge is offered on sizes 10 x 10 to 24 x 24. The flush, stainless steel screwdriver cam latch will resist rust allowing for years of service.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Door: 14 ga. steel.
- Frame: 16 ga. steel 1" wide perforated flange of 24 ga. galvanized material for mounting purposes.
- Hinges: Full length piano hinge on 6 x 6 and 8 x 8. Full length piano hinge also on 24 x 36 and larger. Concealed hinge on sizes 10 x 10 to 24 x 24.
- Latches: Flush, stainless steel screwdriver cam latch
- Finish: Grey baked enamel primer coat
